I am Melinda Pallotta, the mother of two handsome young men, one of whom resides in heaven, and a bonus mom to four amazing young adults. Born in Ohio, I moved to New England where I raised my sons, then on to Modesto, California in 2015 where our organization was formed. I now reside with my family in Hamilton County, Tennessee.
I am currently a senior director for a group purchasing organization, a certified public procurement official and also a life coach. In 2021 I realized one of my life goals when I graduated Concord Law School at Purdue University Global with honors, receiving an executive juris doctor degree.
I have been an active member in church most of my adult life, serving as a mentor, volunteer and on the mission field. My faith has anchored me through many trials, and without it I doubt I would have survived the loss of my son. It was then that Psalm 34:17 became very real and serves to be a daily reminder that we are never alone.
Throughout my life I have sought ways to help others through life’s challenges, whether by offering quality business solutions, navigation support or friendship. I look forward to the opportunity to share information on how best to protect our youth from the snare of addiction and offer encouragement to those struggling with some of life’s challenges.
The Zack Meservey Foundation scholarship program is open to residents of Hamilton County, TN and neighboring who are striving to leave behind the bondage of substance abuse and addiction... to walk in the fullness of the life they were created to live.
There are many ways to help. All are appreciated.
